Privacy Policy

This policy covers ofallonilpressurewashing.com and describes what happens to information you give us. It is deliberately short, because this site collects very little.
What we collect
There is one place on this site where you can give us information: the request form. When you submit it, we receive whatever you typed into it:
- Your name and email address, which the form requires.
- Your phone number and city, which are optional.
- The service you selected and any details you wrote in the notes field.
Alongside that submission we record basic attribution data — which search, ad, or link brought you to the site, taken from the campaign parameters in the page address and from the referring page. This tells us which of our own pages and listings are working. It does not identify you, and it is only stored for the length of your browsing session.
If you contact us by phone instead, we keep an ordinary business record of the call and the number it came from, the same way any service business does.
What we do with it
We use what you send us to respond to your request, confirm the scope and timing of the work, and carry out the job if you decide to book. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to a marketing list.
Your request is passed to the scheduling and customer-management system our service partner operates on our behalf, so that whoever answers you has your details in front of them. That provider processes the information for us and is not permitted to use it for its own purposes.
We may also have to disclose information if the law requires it — a valid legal request, a court order, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety. That has not happened, but it would be dishonest to claim it could never happen.
What we do not do
This site carries no advertising trackers and no analytics pixels. Specifically:
- No Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, Google Fonts, Google Maps embeds, or any other Google product. The fonts on this site are served from our own server.
- No Meta, TikTok, or other social advertising pixels.
- No third-party advertising cookies, and no cross-site tracking or retargeting.
- No profiling, scoring, or automated decision-making about you.
The site itself sets no cookies. The attribution data described above is held in your browser's session storage and is discarded when you close the tab. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie for security and performance; it is not used for advertising.
Server logs
Like every website, this one runs on a host that keeps standard request logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type. These exist to keep the site up and to block abuse, they are retained for a short period, and we do not use them to build any profile of visitors.
How long we keep it
If you become a customer, we keep your contact and job records for as long as we have a working relationship and afterwards for as long as our tax and business record-keeping obligations require. If you enquire and do not book, we keep the enquiry only as long as it is useful for following up, and then it is deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it entirely. Ask through the request form and say what you want done — put it in the details field. We will act on it, and we will not require you to explain why.
If you asked us for a quote and would rather we stopped following up, say so and we will stop. One message is enough.
Children
This is a home services site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no archive of previous versions, so the version you are reading is the one that applies.
